Product Description

It is known as sweet basil leaves in English, a highly nutritional plant that is quite popular in Nigeria and known for its delightful aroma and sweet taste. It is mostly used in the preparation of pepper soup.  Efinrin is not only used to make pepper soup but can also be used to make yam pottage as well as to garnish meals such as rice, eggs, and even beans. It can also be blended or juiced and served as quick fix breakfast in the morning. Apart from being filled with many nutrients, these scented leaves have quite a number of medicinal benefits. For instance, the juice gotten from efinrin leaves could be used to cure several stomach related illnesses like cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, convulsion, and vomiting.
