OLUMO FOODS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and only the English courts will decide any disputes.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Due to the fact that our frozen products takes upto 24hours in transit during delivery; sometimes, you might get some frozen products in frozen condition or fridge temperature. But, we would always try our best to make sure they are always frozen, otherwise if you want frozen foods at all times irrespective of the condition in transit, always get your orders in store.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - COVID19 - (UPDATE)
Kindly note that due to the above national pandemic, we are currently faced with the following challenges;
1. Logistics and supply of goods (if we are unable to supply the exact product you ordered we will call you to agree a preferred alternative before we ship your order).
2. Unprecedented online orders
3. Uncertainty on what UK directives might be going forward
4. Staffing issues (Welfare, availability and coping with increased activity level)
5. Courier restrictions
6. Extreme re-stock challenges due to international lock downs
Please note that your order (or outstanding parcels) will be in our system waiting to be processed and we aim to fulfil as many orders as possible given the extraordinary circumstance within 1- 2 working days from the order date. In view of the above, we have set out the following guidelines that applies with immediate effect over the next few weeks;
1. We will process your order within the stipulated time frame stated on our website (BUT OUTSIDE OUR REGULAR DELIVERY TERMS)
2. We will advise the shipping or delivery date for your order when your order has been processed and shipped. Kindly ensure that you supply a mobile number (preferable) and email address to contact you if we need to communicate with you before shipping your order
3. We are not able to make any amendments to any order after it has been shipped out and left our warehouse.
4. We may not process your order if we are unable to contact you (So as not to waste our resources we will appreciate you contact us immediately if you like to amend your order prior to shipment)
We value your custom but may not be able to respond to your enquiry as quickly as expected due to staff shortage within our business.

Please note that the prices on our Grocery website are guide prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in warehouse at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in the warehouse on the day your order is picked and delivered.
The price of the items does not include the service charge, which will be charged at the rates applicable to the date & time of your delivery. The service charge will be unchanged.
Due to a temporary technical difficulty, the unit prices shown may be incorrect in some cases. The selling prices are correct. If you have any queries please contact our Customer Services Team on 01325734835, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the Warehouse Manager. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 bottles of non-alcoholic wine, which would use up all that warehouse's stock, the warehouse may only deliver 5 bottles.
PRODUCT SALE ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we notify you that we have despatched your order or notify you that your order is available to collect at the warehouse (as applicable). At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.
The Olumofoods grocery service is available for commercial and domestic use. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.
You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut off point specified in your order confirmation. You can make changes by calling our Customer Services department on 01325734835 (local rate from mobiles). Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
Anyone ordering from outside UK should ensure that the product you are ordering is allowed in your destination country, Olumofoods would not be responsible for returned parcel from your shipping destination.
You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro or Delta debit card. We accept payment through PayPal. You don’t have to own a PayPal account to pay us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order and you will be charged immediately.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
Please note that the Cheaper Alternatives on our Grocery website are suggested products to help you spend less. You are under no obligation to select an alternative. There may be quality, size, health and ingredient differences between the products suggested. Guide price terms and conditions apply.
When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the product delivered is unacceptable. Proof in form of Photographic image can be emailed to [email protected]
